Text to Speech (TTS) channel omission

I love your text to speech feature. Some channels, however, should never be vocalized, as people use bots in them or are off-topic. It would be nice if muting did that either at the server or channel level, but currently does not.  This limits the usefulness of global TTS, because the number of bad entries vocalized overwhelms the good.  Please consider adding this feature.

    This, but in 2021. 
    I DO use TTS, I don't want it shut off in its entirety, but I wish there was a server-wide read aloud option. right now, I believe there's only All Servers or Selected Channel Only. To allow for the accommodation I need (it IS an incredibly useful tool for modding semi-active servers, while not having discord onscreen all the time; it's also useful for when visual impairments are acting up.), I need to mute every channel on every server individually, except for the ones I want read aloud to me.
    I feel it's more logical for the TTS to only read aloud my unmuted servers, and not the muted servers. Or, even just categories being muted should deter the TTS for every message.
