I gave them the correct information for a card and my paypal and both payment options were not accepted? I am American and the person is European does it have anything to do with that or something else? I pay my own nitro no problem.

Make him transfer all servers to a new account. It is very likely his account will be deleted for fraudulent purchases. It happened to me when I won a giveaway and I lost my old account.
