You should give a Proxy Setting (HTTP, Socks, whatever) for the Windows version of Discord to cover Chinese users

Chinese users are blocked from discord due to GFW which is the Great Fire Wall.

When I want to use discord now, I must set my VPN to "Global" mode (covered all my apps instead of Discord only), which is interfering my experience on other apps like Games or IM Chat programs.

    This feature is not only useful for China, but for using Discord behind any work / organizational proxy server.

    Without this setting, I can only set internet proxy globally in the OS level to use discord in China.

    discord is based on udp protocol,so most proxy tools can not work with it...such as proxifier.

    pls add proxy settings in the client

    Please also add proxy settings for the linux desktop client - it would be very useful when you are inside a network and want to go through an vpn to a proxy.. ;-) thanks!

    actually discord does support system proxy on windows now, even though no in-app proxy but it is already enough.

    I need to send all my computer's traffic through Tor, so Discord doesn't work.

    I can still use the browser version while disabling any proxies on my browser, but I do not get the full experience. Please add this!

    Unfortunately the work around does not appear to work for me. I would certainly love to have proxy settings on the program itself.
