Wrong Region Auto switch

Me and my friends live in Lithuania, Vilnius, witch is literally in the middle of Europe. I keep switching the region to central Europe (Where i live) But it keeps switching me to Russia every call. I don't know why, but this always happens and the conection gets really bad. It would be really nice to see that fixed.
