Increased Emoji Count for Nitro

My idea is that while you have Nitro, you can get an extra 10-50 slots for normal and animated emojis. This would only work for one server that you have the Manage Emojis permission on.

(Possibility) It could change depending on how long you've had Nitro for.

(Possibility) It could depend on which version of Nitro you have; Nitro or Nitro Classic.

  you can create new servers purely for emojis. As Nitro user, you will be able to use them on other servers too
