How do I limit the amount of people in a text channel?

Dear Discord, 

I am trying to find a way to limit the amount of people in a certain channel I have made. I need help, and I really don’t know how to. It had been bugging me for quite awhile now.

    You can set this up by restricting this channel to be read only by specific roles or users. (Edit Channel -> Permissions)
