Connecting PS4 Account to Discord

We should be able to connect our PS4 account to Discord since we can do the same for Xbox One. When you're playing a game on your PS4, your status will say: Playing [BLANK] on PlayStation Network. This is the icon that should be used to when somebody is viewing your Discord profile:
