Increase maximum size for server emoji

A lot of good animated emoji aren't able to be uploaded due to the 256kb size limit. Could that be increased to 512kb or 1mb if possible?

  We need this. Sometimes we just wanna have goofy fun, but the small emojis are really hard to make out

  Bump, discord should make a 800kb limit at most
