How do you rearrange channels so it is in a custom order

If that is confusing, I'm trying to ask how I can move an announcement category to the top of the server channels so that is the first in the torder of topics.

    Go to the server settings and then the overlook or overview (whatever it's called) then select channels, it should move them if you hold down on them
