Keyboard Shortcuts

It would be nice if we could toggle which shortcuts we could use on and off.
For Example, There would be an on/off switch right next to CTRL+K, and if the on switch was on it would allow it to work, if off it would stop it from working.

  I think this one deserves a lot more attention, I've had so many accidental calls because my thumb slipped onto Ctrl instead of Shift
