One way chat rooms
I'm using Discord for my D&D group and I noticed you have options to remove peoples ability to read a chat room and removing ones ability to write in a chat room. But if they can't read a chat then they are removed from the chat even if they have all other permissions. I would love a way for any of my players to write in a chat room but unable to see messages in the room, or can only see their own messages/messages directed at them using @name.
This would be an amazing feature for D&D or an admin chat room for complaints. I know this feature would be appreciated by many of my friends as well as myself. You guys already have a lot if not all of the permission options to create a chat room ad described its just a matter of implementation given a specific set of permissions to a channel.
Apologies if this is a repeated post I did a few searches but finding the right key words can be hard.

Yes this would be way better. Seems strange that it's not an option already. Anyone know of an app/development to make this happen?

I also would love to see this functionality added to discord as it would make it much easier for DM's to handle private requests from players without going through 8+ private messages of requests. It really hurts the game and slows it down since it's not all in one place in your server. I also feel this would be easy to program and it also makes it a vital learning tool for teachers as well since they could in theory handles out of class test and have chances to respond to question one on one with students.
