[Win 10] Respect the metered connection option.

Windows 10 has an option in Settings to set a connection as a metered network. It would be great if Discord respected this by notifying you whether or not you want to download an update when opening the app, or with reminders in-app when uploading images, joining a high-bitrate channel, etc.

 

To get to metered connection option: Settings App -> Network & Internet -> Status -> Change Connection Properties -> Metered Connection -> Set as Metered Connection (On or Off)

    I agree.

    this new trends to not notify users if new updates is found and start downloading them withoud users consent is terrible.

    all you developers will burn in hell.
