Per-Game profiles for hotkeys!

Hey, is there any plans to do hotkeys on a game to game basis? I like to bind voice chat to Z in games, so I bind Z to push-to-mute in discord, but this is very annoying for people when I'm drawing/modeling and pressing CTRL+Z every 15 seconds. :) 

My current solution is to have a profile in my keyboard/mouse software to rebind the back button on my mouse to Z, then the Z button to the back button on my mouse, which may seem silly, but my muscle memory to hit Z to voice chat is in there too deep, and my convoluted weird solution works for me, but it would be preferable to have per game profiles for discord hotkeys.
