Enabled overlay, but disable for future new games

So the idea is that you have overlay enabled, but an option to have new games that discord registrer to have overlay disabled, I only use it when playing Tabletop Simulator.

So would be nice if there was a toggle or so, when discord notice new games, that they start with overlay off, if they only want overlay on a few of the games they run :)
