Didn’t discord say they removed ghost messages, but for some reason I still get them, put they jump from one server to another.

Do you mean like it shows a new message got sent but there isn't actually a message? That's probably because someone deleted it, same for 'ghost pings' where someone pings @everyone and deletes it so nobody know who it was.
