Ultra Rare Error - Updating Payment

So I'm getting an Ultra Rare Error when attempting to update an expired credit card for Nitro. Oddly enough it also doesn't let me update anything but my address. I can't actually input new card information. It also won't let me delete the card even after adding another form of payment.
