Possible Role Mentioning Tweaks

I think it would be quite handy if you could control what text channels people could use any specific role mentions. Like normal enable a role to be able to be mentioned but restrict it to specific channels. Well at least the ability to prohibit a role mention being used in whatever specific Text Channel.

    It'd be handy for large servers - I'm a moderator on a server of 20K+ - Sometimes people tag a role where not necessary & what not.
