Vote Field in Feedback Servers Embed

So in the Official Feedbacks Server, add a field for the total amount of votes and it edits the field as people adds votes. Because the reactions isn’t too perfect because some people use the !vote command or go to the website and vote and they’re all split up and the only way to see the total is by clicking the link. I think just to make it a bit easier there should be a separate field in the embed in the #new-suggestion-feed channel.
