Per-server user hats.

Roles are great--they're simple and easy to set up. I'd like to see some roles with the ability to use them as a "hat"--you're hoisted and colored in the role list if you have it, but your name is set to the next lowest color for normal use, unless you *explicitly* opt to "put on" the hat. This is supposed to be like the distinguish feature for reddit mods--since you're not always speaking officially as a mod, you can put on the mod hat, color your name, and post, while keeping all of your perms all the time. This will help keep mods clean-- you can act like a normal user without misrepresenting the mod team or their official views.
