Text Formatting addition for SPOILERS.

Many of us gamers and non gamers alike, love a good story and hate it getting spoiled. Some people don't have a care to spoil things for others, while many have the decency to offer a warning.
Currently there isn't a native way to hide a spoiler. Many social websites/forums have these options. Simply hover over and click, or "Drag and select" the invisible text to reveal the message.
Something like this via Discords fantastic text formatting mechanic would likely be used by a vast majority of its users.
