The ability to have a PM-esque experience in a guild where you can silently whisper to a certain member so that only you and the other member can see the message, this can be especially useful for bot commands where triggering the bot commands to be only done in this guild whisper. On top of that, could be useful for mod/admin chats (role guild whispering as well) happening in a channel where x or y event could be going on.
