Fix Chat lookup (annoying)

When I look up something on "Find or Start a conversation" text panel, it should prioritize a friend, someone who I had a chat with, or both instead of pulling up a random person. For example, I want to talk to my mate Chad, so I type in "Chad" my mate shows up for 1 second and then goes to the bottom of the list (wtf?) so I accidentally initiate a conversation with a random chad I never even encountered.
