Ticwatch and Applewatch

I have an Android Ticwatch and some of my friends have Applewatches. I was asking on their behalf and mine if it would be possible to create a version that could be compatible with both devices? When I go on to my Ticwatch and look up Discord on the app store it is there, but in the description it says that the version isn't compatible. Could someone please look into this? I honestly like using Discord, to have it on a few more devices would be even more awesome.

    There does not appear to be an Option to download Discord from the Google Play Store (Wear OS)
