api interference with other programs

installed discord and twitch.

desktop version. Windows 8, intel i7 processors, 8 gb ram.

immediately logitch wireless mouse goes wild. no button pushed and any radio button passed over fires. unstable in position and attempts at fine control.

uninstalled. installed. same.

new start. same.

new logitech receiver port.same.

uninstall.  system stable, though, after uninstall. (good, huh!)

sad report.
