Ban Middle Finger Emote

I am trying to have a SFW server, which means I do not want the middle finger emote to be available. However, the middle finger emote is one of the default emotes and I cannot find a way to disable default emotes, only custom emotes added to a server. I tried adding a custom emote that was also called :middle_finger:, but it was automatically changed to :middle_finger-1:. Please let me know if there is already a remedy to this issue.

  discord uses twitter's emoji pack which means they don't manage it. talk to twitter, but i assume they are gonna ignore you.

  Just make a bot to detect the emoji and delete the message
