Streamer Mode

I was just thinking while watching a stream with Streamer Mode activated. He was being sent a bunch of DM's by random people (and I know, he could just deny any random DM's), but I was thinking. On Twitch, if someone were to send a DM with a inappropriate avatar, the fault would fall on the broadcaster. I was thinking, perhaps the Streamer Mode should hide avatars?

  I agree that this could be a useful feature to implement, when displaying my discord on stream I've had some people with questionable avatars message me before.
