[SUGGESTION] Delete messages that does nothing but mentionning you

Example : 

"Clive : @Tiffany (Toto 2)"

And I would be able to delete it because I am the one mentionned and Clive mentionned no one else.

And if many is mentionned

"Clive : @Boobip @Biboop @rofl"

The mentionned ones can push the "delete button" and it would delete ONLY ONCE all the concerned have deleted it.
