Better Custom Emote Support (Aliases, Attributes, etc.)
Some of Discord's default emotes have things like aliases and attributes which affect how the emote is displayed, for example:
:thumbsup::skin-tone-1: - Thumbs up emote with a skin tone attribute
:nauseated_face: :sick: - Multiple aliases for a single emote
Aliases
Basically what I'm asking for is the ability to add these types of things to user created emotes, for example if I was to add an emote for an axe, I could also add the alias hatchet or whatever I feel is necessary for this emote.
:axe: :hatchet:
Attributes
Basically with attributes, it would be very similar to the skin tone which applies to many of the default emotes already, for example if I wanted to use this already existing skin tone attribute with my custom hand wave emote, i could use it.
:wave::skin-tone-5:
...but if I wanted to add my own custom attributes, this is where it would get complicated. I'm not sure how this would be handled but it would require a rethink of how the current system works since I believe there is only one custom attribute overall (skin tone), and it is handled right on the emoji dialog.
Here is some examples that would be useful if a system like this could be figured out
:wave::left: - waves facing left
:wave::right: waves facing right
Surely this concept could be a lot more thought out, but this is a feature I've been interested in since I've had the ability to add custom emotes to my own server. I appreciate any feedback to my idea and/or questions anyone may have.

I'm not sure that Forgi is correct. So long as it is only a local alias and still reports to the server as the universal version then I think it should work fine and would indeed have possible benefits.
