Exclude group (or user) from mention

This could be implemented like this for example:


@everyone!@Verified You need to verify your account!

-> mentions everyone without a "Verified" role

@Verified @VIP!@Derkades Hello

-> Mentions everyone in the verified group, and everyone in the VIP group except Derkades. (if the user "Derkades" is in the Verified group, they will be mentioned)

@everyone!@Verified!@VIP This is a message
-> Mentions everyone that is not in the verified group and is also not in the VIP group.
