Mobile device notifications

The ability to not send notifications to another mobile device if using/active on a mobile device. For example: Being on an iPad notifications from servers and DMs still go to the iPhone when active on iPad and vice versa.

  This has always sounded strange to me, I know mobile doesn't get alerts when desktop is active, so I don't need alerts on my Android tablet if my Android phone is what I'm currently using.

  On the other hand, I would be glad to have options to send notifications to all devices/clients running at the same time or just only active one.

  I dont see what the problem is, @Blastoise186.

  I have it installed on multiple devices. Computer, iPad, Android Phone. Why wouldnt i get notifications on all devices if thats what I want ? Sometimes when I do something that i cant have my tablet with me, so then for example i am out with my phone. Why cant i get notifications there as well. Doesnt bother me if i get notifications on all devices, and that could also be a choice for every user to decide. Why not offer that choice ?

  I can’t believe this problem hasn’t been prioritized. It seems like it would be so easy to implement and is desperately needed.
