Discord Build Number in Settings

If you have Developer mode enabled, you should be able to see your Discord Build Number in settings to ease the process, since sometimes the Chromium console can be spammed with other information (502s are quite common for image.disc...)

  maybe this info could appear under the social media icons on the left column in user settings

  Great idea. I think it would really help people like Bug Hunters or Discord Game/Bot Developers find version numbers.

  There should simply be an "About Discord" section within User Settings, akin to any other modern piece of software like Firefox, Chrome, or literally anything. This section would show the version and build number.
