Limit for bots

Our developers have developed a system for creating dynamic temporal channels for our server. He tracks the activity of players and if necessary creates a role and voice room on the server. But the problem is - at some stage I got an error 500 from the API. I could not create a role. Can I somehow remove this restriction?
