Default language for code snippets on a server

I'm on a couple of servers that are focused on the C# programming language and it would be nice if the server admins could set a default language for backticked code snippets so we don't have to specify C# every time.

  This sounds like something that would be cool. I'd love to see more Markdown options because there's a fair few combinations I can't do right now
