Clyde can have more permissions, like blocking DM advertising, it will only delete people's links if they have no chats, if link is their first DM.

  Uh, Clyde is Discord's official moderation bot. If you're blocked from sending messages, you probably got blocked by the user, or you're excessively sending messages. For this case, it probably thinks you're doing something against the tos as its under the "spam" section of the tos.
