Earphone microphone not working on Miui

I can use my earphone microphone in other apps and calls, but when I use my earphone microphone on discord, nobody can hear me. Without earphones plugged in, built-in microphone and everything works fine. I am on Xiaomi Mi 8 Miui 10.1.2.0 Stable version. The issue started on ver. 9.6.22.0
