Add a limit on the maximum number of animated emotes being shown at once
On desktop's standalone client and in browser such a limit exists and equals 100. When there are more than that, they just remain static, unless moused over.
The idea is to add similar kind of limit on mobile, as currently there is none. I tested it and was able to view 27*15=405 emotes at once, all moving at the same time, which, of course, causes tremendous lag.
I performed this test on android 8.0, using mobile app.

ooooh yes. once i was looking at a server and a text channel was FULL of gif emojis and my discord (mobile) wouldn't respond unless I restart
