Scroll speed too fast?

I just got a new laptop (Lenovo Ideapad 330 with Windows 10, if that's helpful) and scrolling with two fingers on the touchpad in Discord is like shifting into hyper-speed. It's too fast to control and I've been resorting to pressing PgUp/PgDn just to navigate my chats.
My old laptop is an Acer that is also running Windows 10, and it never had this issue. The mouse drivers are up to date on both and I don't want to change my mouse settings because they're fine in every other program. Does anyone know how this might be fixed?
