hyperlinks and numbers

Whenever someone types numbers say 1845 or writes help.you it automatically turns into a nightmare for mobile users because it turns into clickable text that forwards us either to a website (which cam lead to dangerous sites) or to calls on our mobile. The text is distracting and ugly. How do you remove/disable this feature?
