TTS and UI in different languages

I'm a Brazilian but I like to use my devices in English because I can practice my reading and I can easily find solutions for my problems using the right name of things like settings or components name, in English.

That said, using TTS in Discord, I understand it's bound with the same language that I'm using with UI.

I would like to request the option to choose for the language that TTS sound independently from the language I choose for UI, so I could use TTS in Portuguese and UI in English, since the majority of my friends are Brazilians.

Platform: Windows, not tested on other devices.
