option to disable channel jumps with alt+numpad

whenever i want to write in a letter with an accent with alt+numpad, i get channel jumped. this is very, very problematic.

  This shouldn't be an issue, as the keybind is for Alt+Arrow Keys. Are you sure your numlock is on?
