Can I see deleted messenges in others servers?

I'm a Moderator in one of my friends servers and I see some persons writing/posting 18+ pictures even if that's against the rules but they delete the pictures 10 sec after they are posted, I have no promissions in the server more than "ban; mute; manage roles" so I cant see any loggs.
Can I see deleted messenges whitoute any special premissions?
