Feature request: Private / Specific Users Push-to-talk binding

Basically allow setting various extra binding for PTT that target only an specific list of users on the server.

We use that a lot to communicate between sub-teams/squads, while using the full channel normal ptt bind for the whole team/group/raid/etc.

One way would be to allow users to define PTT target groups on each server (optionally) and have key binding configuration for each PTT group (regardless of the server).

Example: PTT target group 1 is bound to LEFT-CTRL, and PTT group target 1 on server X includes A,B,C users and has an alias of Healer Squad.

It is a pretty convenient feature that we were using back on Ventrilo

    This is the only feature I miss from other voice chat programs. (I used it to coordinate co-tanking callouts) I would even pay for nitro if this feature was part of that! :D

    This is a feature I really miss from Ventrilo. We used to have class bindings and it was really useful for organizing.

    100x yes please. I used this feature with vent, teamspeak, and mumble constantly during raids in the past. My new raid group uses discord and it is amazing other than this missing feature. Also would pay for it.

    Highly desired feature. I used this in Vent extensively in WoW, but outside of WoW, I would pay for this feature. I'd triple my nitro amount, and I'm already boosting like three servers on top of my nitro for this!
