allow settings to be accessed from the in-game overlay

I just want to be able to change my audio settings, keybinds, etc. while using the overlay without the need to alt + tab. As far as I know, the overlay does not let me do this currently.

  Hey I Have That Problem Too (it takes some time to finnaly be on desktop)
