Move the reset notification settings option from the channels settings page to the notification settings page.

The Lunala
As of now, the reset notification settings button is in the kebab menu of channel settings that's very irritating if you want to reset notification settings for a channel. Adding a kebab menu in the notification settings page wouldn't be a bad idea imo.
