make it that it's possible to turn of animation for gif emotes when someone reacts with then.

  I've seen people purposefully reacting with flashy gifs to draw attention to themselves, and it gets irritating very quickly to see spots of flashing pixels while scrolling through a chat, so I definitely like this suggestion.

  I should've also said "for mobile" since pc/mac has it already, I only posted this because that's the only way someone can crash the android version of discord still with turning off some settings in text and images.
