Make watching/listening to/playing available on the website and in the mobile app!

Countless times I've wanted to show that I am doing something on Discord, but mobile doesn't support that and Discord is completely unable to be downloaded on my computer. Please, if we could use this feature without the desktop app I'm sure that there will be many happy people.
