Hiding Protips

Hi there, there's a thing called "protips" to be found on different places in Discord. My suggestion is to add a toggle in the advanced appearance settings to hide these messages. Thanks :)

    I support this. Those protips should only be visible when the account was just created, like the rest of the "tutorial" Discord has
