Problem on call while playing a game

While I was playing a game Rainbow six:siege, my discord is keep having a problem while calling with my friends. It was fine in 2018, December, but now, if I play the game while calling with my friends using discord, discord ignores my mic and does not send my voice to my friends. Also, it is not sending my friends' voice, too. For example, if my friend tell me "hello dude!", I can hear like "hel- e!". It is keep losing signal of mine or my friend. I think it can be my wifi problem, but I am posting this to check if it is problem of discord instead of wifi because again, it was fine with the game in 2018 December. For another information, my discord can send my and my friends' voice properly if I quite that game.
