Hotkey to reveal messages tagged as spoilers and/or a toggle for them

With the implementation of spoilers comes the issue of now having to actually move (!) to click on the spoiler and reveal its contents.
A hotkey that reveals spoiler messages, either on the screen or toggles between them being enabled and not.
This would contribute to the already long list of hotkeys discord has too, so extra points for accessibility.

    And also let revealed spoilers be persistent and sync between clients you're logged in on.
