BEFORE_MEMBER_BAN & BEFORE_MEMBER_KICK

Hello there!

I think that there should be BEFORE_MEMBER_BAN and BEFORE_MEMBER_KICK (or something similar) events in the Discord API. You could use this to do something right before a member gets banned or kicked, for example, a bot could send them a message right before they would be banned.

You could also use this to make an automated "You have been banned/kicked on this server" message.

  Instead of requesting features like this, you should code your bots better.
